ART THERAPY

Art therapy is a form of expressive therapy. Using assessments based on art, helps to evaluate emotional, cognitive, and developmental conditions.

The 12 step spiritual journey is not like the 12 step program used by AA, It takes original elements from it but it has a few twists.

NATURE THERAPY

Nature Therapy is experiencing the natural surroundings we live in,  It is beneficial to those suffering from cognitive, and emotional conditions.

GENESIS PROCESS

An in-depth course for addressing and identifying the roots behind addiction. It will give our clients the tools they need to recognize a relapse before it starts.

GRIEF & LOSS

One of the most common causes of addictions is when someone is suffering from grief and/or loss.

GROUP SESSIONS

It is a crucial step in the recovery process for the client to make connections with their peers and begin to understand the consequences of their addiction.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

A very important component in recovery is obtaining good physical health, incorporating a daily exercise program and healthy eating.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

We provide a minimum of 2  one-on-one private therapy sessions per week. With an individual therapist the therapy program will be chosen based on each person and their needs.

SPIRITUAL THERAPY
