Samantha Gould is a dedicated Facilitator and Support Worker with a strong background in addictions, community services, and healthcare administration. She holds an Addictions and Community Services Worker Diploma, providing her with a solid foundation in counseling techniques, social services, and client-centered support.

With additional training in medical administration, Samantha brings strong organizational and coordination skills to her work, ensuring seamless communication, documentation, and scheduling within care environments. She is certified in CPR, First Aid (HCP), Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and Abuse Prevention, enabling her to respond confidently and compassionately in crisis situations.

Samantha has also served as a Group Home Manager, where she led staff teams, oversaw daily operations, and supported program delivery to ensure safe, structured, and supportive living environments. Her experience facilitating therapeutic group sessions reflects her commitment to fostering open communication, personal growth, and meaningful recovery.
