Tracy is a highly experienced counselor and admissions director with over 17 years of dedicated service in the addiction and mental health treatment field.

A registered counselor with the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Federation (CACCF),CACC as Canadian Certified Addictions Counselor. ICADC as International Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor & CCS Certified Clinical Supervisor. As she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her work.

Her qualifications include a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Specialist Diploma, Professional Life Coach Certification, and specialized training in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and ASSIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training). As a Detox Medication Supervisor and Sober Living Director, Tracy ensures individuals receive the care and structure they need during recovery. Her leadership extends to After Care and Family Care, providing ongoing support for clients and their loved ones.

With a CFS Supervisory Diploma and experience as a Group Home Manager for youth aged 12-17, she has worked extensively in child and family services, guiding individuals toward stability and healing. Tracy is also currently advancing her expertise by pursuing a Psychology Diploma through the Stratford Career Institute.
